1. To keep your appointment, you must pay the same day deposit or it will be canceled.
2. After 15 min of being late for your appointment, you will be charged $15.
3. After 20 min your appointment will be canceled.
4. The deposit is non-refundable.
5. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you can reschedule (if avalible) once.
6. If you would like me to travel to you, the traveling fee is $15.
